Jonathan Evans

Jonathan Evans joined Sares Regis in 2025. As Vice President of AssetManagement, Mr. Evans is responsible for overseeing the execution andinvestment performance of all Sares Regis Multifamily Fund investments.

Prior to joining Sares Regis, Mr. Evans was the Senior Director of Asset Management at Greystar, leading asset management for the firm's Western U.S. Owned Assets portfolio. Previously, he served as Director of Asset Management at Invesco, where he managed multifamily portfolios in the Southwest U.S Earlier, Mr. Evans directed asset management at MBK Rental Living (Mitsui &Co.), overseeing ground-up multifamily development projects from underwriting through disposition. Over the course of his career, Mr. Evans has overseen more than 60,000 multifamily units and $20 billion in assets, with expertise in portfolio strategy, operational optimization, and investment execution.

Mr. Evans received an M.B.A. in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Pepperdine University and a B.A. in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from California State University, Fullerton.
