Our comprehensive approach stems from experience and knowledge gained over 25 years and the skill of our vertically integrated team.
The first Sares Regis Multifamily Fund in 2013 represented an evolution of the value-add platform established by Sares Regis in 1993. Building a premier private equity fund management platform, our team continues to identify and underwrite attractive investment opportunities and implement effective solutions to create value.
Sares Regis Multifamily Funds primarily focus on high-growth, supply constrained Western United States markets. Demographic shifts and limited supply in our markets have created unmet demand and affordability constraints. Our geographic focus provides a depth of localized knowledge to reposition communities and address evolving market dynamics.
Reputation and relationships are an invaluable foundation for value creation. Our proven track record of execution, open communication, and hands-on management result in long standing relationships with multifamily property owners, institutional investors, investment brokers, and lenders. Transparency and reliability continue to be at the forefront of everything we do.
Sares Regis Multifamily Funds cultivate an integrated environment where strategies and ideas are shared across our vertically integrated platform. This cross disciplinary culture enables us to mitigate risk, achieve meaningful results and maximize the value of our investments.
